Episode 7

Six more chefs line up to cook for Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace. Marcus challenges the first three contestants to make taramasalata from scratch in 20 minutes, also requiring them to open a scallop and crack a crab claw to finish the dish. Monica's three have 15 minutes to tackle tagliatelle carbonara. The chefs then have the chance to show what they can do with a signature dish of their own design. The pressure is on as only three chefs will march on to the quarter-finals.
