This week's episode of Mastermind begins when Timaru journalist Grant Shimmin is quizzed on his specialist subject ‘The Cricket World Cup from 1992 - 2015'.

Episode 9
It's the first of the four Mastermind semi-finals and first up tonight is Auckland secondary school teacher Mike Nahu, answering questions on ‘The Films of Clint Eastwood'.

Episode 10
The second Mastermind semi-final begins with Wellington's Ruth Delaney answering questions on 'The Apollo Space Programme from 1961 - 1972'.

Episode 11
First up in the third semi-final is Auckland's Naomi Austin who has chosen The TV Series Doctor Who from 2005 to 2015.

Episode 12
It's the fourth and final Mastermind New Zealand semi-final as four contenders vie for the last spot in next weeks' Grand Final.

The final four contenders go head to head in the quest to be crowned New Zealand's Mastermind.
