Kortney and Dave flip a house that needs a serious boost in square footage. In addition to extending the ceiling height of the whole main floor, Kortney and Dave plan to extend the roofline up and over the back of the house - creating a full second story.

Who Paints Brick?
Kortney and Dave flip a house that needs to showcase lots of space with very little square footage. While Dave has walls removed to create more space downstairs, Kortney gets some heat for wanting to paint the natural brick on the exterior a fresh new colour.

House of Blues
Kortney and Dave flip a cottage-type house that has major curbside eyesores. While Dave sets his sights on taking down a large carport, Kortney plans a wild and colorful design scheme for both the interior and the exterior.

Ice, Ice Baby
Kortney and Dave flip a ranch style house that proves that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Dave wants to knock out the entire first floor dividing wall while Kortney debates keeping it in an effort to save a vintage mural that may work with her design plan.

Kortney and Dave flip a duplex into a large gorgeous Victorian style home. While Dave focuses on making sure their plans are approved by the Historical Commission, Kortney debates her design plan on this massive, fully gutted house.

Kortney and Dave take on a flip that has a tiny detached coach house in the back yard. As Kortney works with Angela to design and stage two completely separate spaces, Dave works hard to make the numbers work.

Kortney and Dave flip a worn out brick home that needs some major love but trouble surfaces when an unexpected flood in the basement sets them back.

Kortney and Dave flip a 20th century brick home in the heart of Nashville. Will they be able to maintain the historical value of this pre-war home while still making it an attraction for the local market?

Kortney and Dave take on an old farmhouse for their newest flip. Everything seems to be smooth sailing until there's late night trouble looming on the property.
