Union vs League
The fourth season of Threes' Match Fit will see a clash of the codes, with former All Black coach Sir Graham Henry coaching ex-union legends and former league super star Tawera Nikau coaching ex-league legends.

Episode 1
Sir Graham Henry and Tawera Nikau select a team of ex All Blacks and ex Kiwis for a 15-week clash of the codes. They must all unite to face a common goal - improving their physical and mental health.

Episode 2
The league vs rugby competition ramps up with a series of fitness challenges that push them to their limits. Alex reveals some shocking results, and a new player changes the game.

Episode 3
The benefits are starting to show, but an extreme challenge reveals cracks in the boys' teamwork. The first contact game is a reality check for some of the Match Fit team.

Episode 4
The teams are neck and neck in the challenges but there's one more that will demand everything of the Match Fit boys.

Episode 5
It's the final push and Ted and Tawera have big expectations of the boys to up the ante and retest the bronco. In revealing our Aussie foes, is this bunch going to be ready for this big a challenge?

Episode 6
It's the result of 15-weeks of hard training. Which code will come out on top? Will all of our Match Fit brothers come out on top of their biggest rivals, the Aussies, in a final to beat all finals?

Reacher

The cops immediately arrest him and eyewitnesses claim to place Reacher at the scene of the crime. While he works to prove his innocence, a deep-seated conspiracy begins to emerge, one that will require Reacher's keen mind and hard-hitting fists to deal with. One thing above all is for sure: They picked the wrong guy to take the fall.
