As much as Matilda and her family love being on holiday, they miss their dogs Rumpole and Bruno like mad. While Megan, Holly and their friends meet a Californian canine celebrity who has over one million followers on social media, Tilly's tracking down the other dogs people in LA love - hot dogs! She's on a mission to find out what goes in to making the ultimate sausage snack. After the gang visit a real-life dog hotel, which has double beds, flat screen TVs and acting lessons for dogs, the family tuck into a Tilly special dogtastic lunch of super tasty veggie hot dogs with a side order of healthy onion hound hoops and for dessert, a roll-over-rover cake, complete with a wagging tail.
