Matt Houston - Season 3

Falsely accused of two murders, fugitive Matt Houston (Lee Horsley) turns to his uncle (Buddy Ebsen), a retired criminologist, to help pin down the real killer (Andrew Prine).

A killer kidnaps Hoyt's daughter, but when Hoyt and Houston nail a suspect, they learn that their Illegal tactics may set him free.

C.J falls in love with Robert Tyler, an old school chum who is now a television anchorman, and Houston thinks that Tyler is in cahoots with a gang of kidnappers. 

Matt wants to know if young Peg Allyson has been coerced into joining a religious cult, but before he can check out the evidence, C.J. is gravely wounded by one of the cult leader's disciples.

Stricken with amnesia after a car accident, C.J. (Pamela Hensley) lands in a women's prison where inmates are forced to work for politicians. 

Despite disapproval from the federal government, Matt plans to rescue his cousin (Michael Goodwin) after learning the man is alive in a Vietnamese prison. (Part 1 of 2)

A Vietnamese warlord captures Matt and holds him for ransom after Matt is double-crossed by a soldier of fortune (Max Baer). (Part 2 of 2).

Matt's only suspect (James Read) in the murder of a fashion model and her chauffeur has a seemingly airtight alibi. 

A killer (Judson Scott) Houston put behind bars is freed on a technicality and tells Houston (Lee Horsley) that he's going to kill him

CJ is holidaying at a beach club when a guest is mysteriously murdered. She asks Matt to help the club owner solve the murder, which is the second one to happen. A detective (Deborah Adair) has a personal stake in Houston's murder extortion case: one of the victims was her sister.

A man plans to brainwash his wealthy sister (Kerrie Keane) into signing their father's estate over to him.
