Η Λένα ψάχνει τρόπους προκειμένου να πείσει τον Θράσο να δεχτεί την κληρονομιά. Συμμαχεί με την Πένυ και τον Βασίλη για τον πιέσουν ψυχολογικά. Ο Θράσος στρέφεται για συμπαράσταση στην Αγγέλα αλλά προς έκπληξή του και κείνη παίρνει το μέρος της Λένας. Η Σιλβή πληρώνει έναν μπράβο για να την απαλλάξει απ' τη Λένα και το Θράσο. Εκείνος όμως αποτυγχάνει. Ο Ερρίκος της επισημαίνει ότι τους συμφέρει να δεχτεί την κληρονομιά ο Θράσος. ‘Ασχετος όπως είναι με τη νύχτα θα τον έχουν του χεριού τους. Η Σιλβή παριστάνει ότι πείθεται. Ο Λάζαρος και ο Ζαν – Κλόντ προσπαθούν να βρουν ποιος δολοφόνησε το αφεντικό τους και καταλήγουν σε ένα όνομα. Μάτσουλας. Το «αντίπαλον δέος» του Αποστόλη στον κόσμο της νύχτας. Ο Θράσος δεχόμενος πιέσεις από παντού αναγκάζεται τελικά να υπογράψει. Οικογενειακώς επισκέπτονται τη βίλα που κληρονομούν. Εκεί τους περιμένουν εκπλήξεις.
