Disgraced former boyband star Maxxx tries to launch a comeback to prove to the world - and his supermodel ex Jourdan Dunn - that he's not a massive loser.

Maxxx and Tamzin get an exclusive invite to a party Don is throwing. With the place bursting full of industry celebs it's time for Team Maxxx to turn on the charm and land a record deal; A difficult task to uphold in Don's labyrinth of drugs, music and sex.

When some interest is finally shown in his music, Maxxx realises that he has, for a long time, existed in a state of lyrical barrenness. Already struggling with an untameable sex addiction and disturbing visions, Maxxx's creativity seems to be caught between a rock and a hard place. 

Maxxx is thrown in at the deep end for his first solo performance when he's booked for a live televised charity fundraiser. But he faces a difficult choice between two very different songs. As master manipulator, Don schools Maxxx and Tamzin in the desires of modern-day audiences. Will Maxxx follow his heart and prove his authenticity?

As Maxxx's life flashes before his eyes, he is forced to confront the kind of man he has become.
