The case is not as simple as it seems at first glance. The methods of work of Major and Valery are very different. A wounded girl, screaming for help, runs out of the car, followed by a taxi driver. The girl cannot be saved. All the evidence points to the driver: in his car, the investigation finds the purse of the murdered woman and the instrument of crime - a bloody knife. There is no doubt that it is time to close the case, however, the motivation of the alleged criminal seems very unconvincing to Zheka Averyanov.
