Kellerman and Dalgety rope an intern named Maggie into helping them treat an uninsured patient; Mission General's new administrator gets off to a rough start; and a heart patient refuses to undergo surgery that could save his life.

A La Casa
When Pangborn allows an ER-set TV show to film at Mission, Kellerman gets in on the act to snag some much-needed medical equipment being used as props. Meanwhile, Quinn and Maggie square off over the treatment of a stroke patient; and Dalgety's fling with a staffer lands him in hot water after it begins to look like a case of sexual harassment.

Open Heart
Matters of the heart attack, as Gina gives hers to Dalgety; Kellerman tries to save a mystic's during a botched surgery; and a car crash breaks those of the docs treating the injured. Meanwhile, Maggie has a change of heart about a terminal patient after meeting his long-suffering wife.

Heartland
Kellerman and Dalgety's plan to deliver Gina's heart to a patient in Vegas hits a series of snags, including an ill-fated flight and a run-in with a mad diner owner in the desert. Meanwhile, Shelly tries to handle the PR fallout from the tragedy that killed Dalgety's lady love; and Quinn, Maggie and Poole all find themselves in troublesome romantic situations.

Cruel and Unusual
Kellerman and Joyner clash over the ethics of giving a heart transplant to a terminal death-row inmate over a family man at the top of the recipient list. Meanwhile, Dalgety and Maggie hack into Donge's cyberdoctor program.

R.I.P.
The anniversary of a Halloween killing spree at the Mish has Maggie seeing dead people and Frank seeing Shelly in a new light after she comes to his costumed aid in the ER. Meanwhile, a pregnant woman's misdiagnosis leads to a battle between Quinn and the chief of obstetrics over Kellerman's quick---and correct---decision to operate; and Dalgety gets in over his head helping a junkie bid make peace with her late love.

Wing and a Prayer
The Mish is touched by an angel after a patient with an unusual set of implants begins to heal the sick, including a staffer whose fight for life has a miraculous effect on Poole. Meanwhile, Maggie befriends a jazz singer who winds up faced with a grim diagnosis for her nagging cough.

Reversal of Fortune
Dalgety's haunted by his past while dealing with a patient who refuses treatment for an odd---and unpleasant---diagnosis; the looming sale of the Mish sparks a war between Shelly and Donge, who gets a heartfelt lesson about cutting corners after landing in the cardiac unit.

Doc
