The Skeleton of Lewes
Carbon dating of a skeleton found in East Sussex suggests the bones are from the Norman era, leading experts to consider whether the medieval man fought at the Battle of Hastings.

The Fortress of Montesegur

The Warrior of Janakkala
The skeleton dubbed the Warrior of Janakkala, found in Finland. The swords buried alongside the man suggest a link between Christians and Pagans and it has been deduced the remains date from the 12th century.
