Lovers
Gary becomes alarmed that he is sexually inexperienced and invents a rampant past. But proving to Dorothy he has had over 50 lovers could be difficult. Meanwhile, in an effort to impress Deborah with his athletic prowess, Tony finds himself on the top board at the local swimming-pool - and immediately regrets it.

Bed
Gary has been trying to get to sleep but Dorothy has bad indigestion. Tony is sent out into the stormy night to mend a banging fence while Gary goes off in his dressing gown to search for an all-night chemist.

Casualties
Deborah decides to sell her flat and go travelling in Asia. But Gary and Tony are horrified as they don't want anyone they dislike moving in upstairs.

Weekend
Gary and Dorothy decide to pep up their sex life by going away to a country hotel. Meanwhile, Tony is hatching a plan to stop estate agent Ray sleeping with Deborah.

Cleaning Lady
Dorothy insists that Gary and Tony hire a cleaner, but Gary's fears of hiring a drudge are thankfully shattered when Portuguese beauty Elena appears.

Marriage
Gary drunkenly proposes to Dorothy, then regrets it. When no amount of outrageously bigoted behaviour will make her change her mind, Gary becomes a desperate man.
