Episode 1
Menekşe is the daughter of an expatriate family living in Germany. She and Halil, who she works with in the same patisserie, love each other. Afraid of her family, Menekşe lives her innocent love secretly. Halil has no one but Menekşe in Germany and his papers are not in order either. Menekşe's younger brother, Kadir's soldier friend, Mustafa arrives in Germany and comes to an agreement with their father, Hasan, to marry Menekşe for €25,000. Unable to resist her family's pressure and afraid of endangering Halil's life, Menekşe decides to go through with the marriage silently without telling Halil. The wedding day will turn into a nightmare for both Halil and Menekşe setting in motion a series if events completely altering their lives.
