Halil begins to search for the significance of mysterious numbers he found in his mother's memory box. He shows Menekşe the numbers and they pursue this mystery together. They decide not to tell Mithat, but Zeynep finds out.
The situation of Kadir, who was shot by Mithat's men, gets worse. Kadir is taken to a full-fledged hospital. Hasan comes to his son. Kadir has lost a lot of blood, one kidney has completely lost its function, and the other is deteriorating fast. A kidney transplant is needed for recovery. The search for a suitable kidney begins with family members.
Yusuf finally learns from his father that Kadir was injured and immediately goes to the hospital. Mustafa does not want Yusuf even in the hospital. According to him, Yusuf united with Halil and caused his brother to fall into this situation. Mustafa keeps goading on Hasan. Yusuf goes to the hospital and from Mustafa's descriptions suspects Zeynep had revealed their whereabouts. He goes back to the house. Halil and Menekşe have gone out. At the house Yusuf realizes Mithat is in trouble with the police. The newly appointed Commissioner Ömer is interrogating Mithat and Zeynep. Mithat panics. Yusuf calls Halil and tells them not to return to Mithat's house or answer their calls.
Menekşe learns that her brother is fighting for his life in the hospital. Yusuf tells them that the police are looking for Halil and also that he does not trust Mithat or Zeynep.
