Merit (2023)
1990, small city near the bank river. Quan Liang security guard in a local factory, has been blamed for all the events that , are taking place on the nearby river, no matter how bizzare and supernatural they sounds. The biggest problem is that, indeed, Liang seems to be involved in one way or another with strange events, taking place in the city. But solving the case is even more difficult, by the fact that there are circulating, various legends about demons and gold hidden in the city. Soon, an increasing number of residents, decide to discover the truth behind the mysterious incidents and try for once and for all, confirm or deny the existence of supernatural phenomena. However, it turns out that not all of them care about the truth, and finding what is the work of man and what is legend is not as easy as they thought.
