Meanwhile, Kanata stays with Ren's family and reveals another reason for him returning to Japan. The day of the preliminary race, he picks his machine: the Toyota 86 GT. Working as an MFG Angel, Ren is surprised to learn that Kanata is entering the race. Racing in a machine without power, how will Kanata face this challenge?
