The Fall of Skul
The old MI High team have graduated to MI9 and spy handler, Frank London, is on the lookout for a new bunch of intrepid young secret agents. Signing up for duties are: uber resourceful action man Daniel Morgan, master of disguise Aneisha Jones and electronics genius Tom Tupper. The team embark on their first mission: intercepting the enemy's ultimate weapon.

Trojan KORPS
Tempers flare and loyalties are tested when a series of embarrassing incidents threaten to bring down MI9. The team suspect a resurgent enemy organisation called KORPS of coordinating a sting against them but having seen KORPS destroyed ten years ago, Frank has other ideas about who could be behind this. Is there an enemy agent in their midst or are the new team dealing with an even more cunning and evil foe than SKUL?

Grosse Encounters
A madcap adventure ensues for the team when a mysterious fireball crashes in the woods near St Hearts. Believing it to be a UFO, the school pupils swamp the site of what turns out to be an enemy satellite which KORPS are desperate to get hold of. Will the team recover a crucial piece of the wreckage which threatens national security without blowing their cover?

The Face of Revenge
Shunned by the pop world for not having super star looks, embittered music mogul Cuthbert Peabody hijacks a new MI9 invention capable of changing a person's face into anyone elses. He then uses it against the people who he holds responsible for his failure - pop fans. The team must crack a highly elaborate musical code in order to put a stop to Peabody they must turn to an unlikely ally.

Mission: Incredible
The team are on their first international mission to the rogue state of Boldovia where the local secret service has developed a data mining device capable of destroying MI9. On a high octane mission in a foreign land where nothing is what it seems and no one can be trusted, can the team recover the device without raising the suspicions of their fellow school mates?

The Hive
On a campaign to get kids eating more healthily, St Heart's school is chosen by Celebrity chef Jimmy Jubbly as a test bed for his new health drink - Jubblyade. However Aneisha is quick to discover that it's affecting everyone's behaviour and making them operate with a hive mind. Under threat from her own team mates, can Aneisha single-handedly stop the teens of the nation from wreaking havoc countrywide?

Old School
Out of sync with the times, an old-school spy infiltrates the St Heart's spybase and hijacks an MI9 invention capable of reversing technological advances by fifty years. Can the team defeat her with nothing more than out-of-date gadgets and good old-fashioned spycraft before the world is returned to the stone age?

The Germinator
Funded by KORPS, scientific genius Bobby Bleach has brought the country to its knees by releasing a plague of airborne supergerms which have incapacitated eveyone who breathes them in. Tom is the only member of the team who escaped infection, but can he overcome his fear of being in the field and stop Bleach before it's too late?

The Dark Wizard
A number of top secret scientific components have been stolen in recent weeks by a thief dressed as a character from a best selling series of fantasy novels. The investigation sees the team infiltrate a fantasy convention only to discover the threat is far greater than they anticipated. Can Dan put his faith in the power of the imagination in order to defeat The Dark Wizard?

One Flew Over the Budgie's Cage
Frank checks into a nightmare treatment centre, which KORPS' has infiltrated in order to steal secrets directly from the brains of MI9 agents. With the threat of nuclear destruction looming, the team are faced with their most difficult dilemma yet - to save Frank's life or to rescue Britain from catastrophe. Will they choose the greater good over the well being of their beloved spy handler?

Prison Break
Sent to Uttland on the pretence of being on a school trip, the team must break into the country's deepest, darkest prison to help a former KORPS leader escape. However things go awry when their classmates are falsely imprisoned by fearsome prison warden, Arme Gonnersson. Can the team jailbreak an entire class without breaking their cover?

Inheritance
Briefed to protect Grand Duke Nicholas, the heir to the throne of a small European state. The team hide him in St Heart's, where the arrogant prince must learn to behave as a commoner with hilarious consequences. Can the team protect this spoilt royal who refuses to submit to authority?

The Final Endgame
The pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place when the team finally discover the grand scheme KORPS has spent the last ten years building towards. Will the team lose one of their own to the dark side?
