Miami Flip - Season 1

Season 1

Episodes

New House, New Life
Carolina and her team find a small but perfect investment, a 1950's block home with an interesting masonry wall and a lot of potential. It's an eyesore now and filled with the previous owner's junk, but that won't stop Carolina. She tackles the kitchen, floors, walls, roof and windows - and more, to turn this mid-century wreck into a cozy Miami cottage. But will she turn a profit?

Lighten Up!
Carolina buys a new house in an online auction, sight unseen. She kicks off the renovations by breaking through brick walls to bring in the light and completely gutting out the kitchen. The renovation is moving fast until a one-inch misstep throws a wrench into the works, and Carolina must hustle to stay on track.

Front Yard Fix
Carolina turns her attention to the front of the house where she's kicking up the curb appeal. Her tight budget takes a hit when a quick roof repair becomes a larger job, and city codes require extra work for the new driveway build. Carolina pushes to keep the project moving along, despite the costly overages.

Pinching Pennies
A determined Carolina saves money while making over three bedrooms and a master bath. She reuses materials in need of a good cleaning and refurbishes abandoned furniture to use for staging.

Mission Accomplished
Carolina's on the last leg of this renovation and is keen to get it on the market. She transforms the overgrown backyard into its very own slice of paradise. Last up, she guts out the 70's bathroom and replaces it with all new modern, sleek finishes, just in time for the open house!

It's Raining Ants!
Carolina's new flip is on a tight schedule, so she wastes no time getting to work, gutting out bathrooms and ripping up smelly carpet. But just as quickly as work starts, everything comes to halt when an infestation of ants is uncovered.

Plumbing Problems
Carolina's new flip is quickly turning into a money pit, and work in the kitchen proves to be no different. Carolina is devastated to learn that all the plumbing needs to be replaced.

Raising the Stakes
Another costly fix causes Carolina to re-evaluate her budget and game plan for this flip. Carolina realizes she's in much deeper than she originally planned and decides to go all in by marketing her new flip as a complete remodel.

Up to Code
This little flip has turned into quite a challenge, but Carolina hopes that the extra work and dollars will pay off in the end. Carolina decides to take a risk and rebuild the sunroom. Will the open house bring her some good news?

Cashing in for the Win
Carolina has her hands full as she takes on the abandoned eyesore of the neighborhood. Work kicks off in the great room where Caro demolishes the dated drop ceiling and gets an unfortunate surprise! But quickly, she has an idea to make up for her loss by cashing in on an abandoned gem.

Welcome to the Jungle
Honey bees have taken up space in Carolina's soffit, and they have to be relocated before renovations can begin on the exterior. As work finally gets rolling, it turns out that the bees are the least of Carolina's worries in making over her jungle of a backyard.

A Draining Dilemma
Carolina's master suite feels cramped and the bathroom lacks a proper vanity, so she gets to work reconfiguring the space. So far, she's managed to stay on budget, but a slow drain in the bathroom forces her to open up the floor.

The Wall of Worry
Carolina has one last hurdle to leap before she can put her flip on the market. The front needs a major makeover, from top to bottom, starting with the unsightly faux brick wall. But just as Caro patches one mistake, another problem pops up. The pressure's on to finish in time!
