Michael explores tradition, including a royal banquet, where he's bowled over to see one of the world's largest banqueting tables set to for 170 VIPs, toasts with Sweden's national drink, and enjoys a sauna.

Episode 2
Michael joins thousands of fans at a game of bandy, which is similar to ice hockey but played lightning fast with a ball rather than a puck. He also visits the landmark City Hall with its gold mosaics, and gets creative with ceramics.

Episode 3
Michael enjoys a cocktail at an ice bar, where he also sculpts a leaping fish from a block of Arctic ice, and later explores the ill-fated 'Vasa', Sweden's greatest warship that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628.
