Frank Black a retired police consultant, who once worked for the FBI has just returned to his hometown with his wife and daughter. He decides to offer his support in a case and is given resources by a mysterious organization called the Millennium Group. Frank must catch the murderer with his ability to see out of the eyes of the killers. But this case draws him back into a world which he was trying to escape.
