Remember the Alamo Listing
With his new listing still under construction, Justin has to try and sell the neighborhood before he can sell the house. Roh's business partner Joel criticizes his open house. Andrew is dealing with an emotional seller and an inexperienced co-lister.

When You Wish Upon a Starchitect
Andrew lands a listing in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Justin's property is finally finished and ready to show, but the size of the backyard proves to be a difficult selling point. Roh scores a listing by making promises that may be impossible to keep.

Fights in Bernal Heights
Roh finally manages to track down the architect of his new listing, but faces an even harder task; Justin takes a listing with his dentist; Andrew's quest to find a property in Bernal Heights takes an unexpected turn.

We'll Always Have Paris...
Justin's client Stephanie is an old friend, who he hopes might turn into something more if he can make the sale. Andrew has his hands full with a neurotic client. Roh takes a co-listing in the Marina with a colleague.

We Are the Chammy-ions
Justin takes a listing with an old friend, but quickly realizes that mixing business with his personal life is not a good combination. Andrew snags an amazing winery estate, and now just needs to pair it with the right buyer. Roh's newest listing has everything an agent could want.

Carry On, Hayward Son
Andrew takes a listing just outside of the city. Justin struggles to find a buyer for his demanding client, Kevin, who expects someone to drastically overpay for his place. Luckily for Justin, Roh pays a visit with a potential client.

St. Louie Blues
Andrew takes the biggest listing of his entire life, but in order to sell it, he's going to have to work side-by-side with the seller's very opinionated son. Roh snags a listing in Potrero Hill, but quickly realizes that sometimes business can be a very personal journey. Justin lands a hundred-year old firehouse that's been converted into a condo.

Don't Have Time For This, Tiny Man!
In the season finale, Roh and Justin continue to disagree at the open house and the negotiating table. In Tiburon, Andrew's in jeopardy of losing the biggest listing of his career, so he has to play nice, something that doesn't come easy for him.
