Episode 1
Actors Miriam Margolyes and Alan Cumming continue their trip to take in some of some of Scotland's most spectacular and far-flung locations, before later in the series journeying across the Atlantic to their other mutual home, the California coast. They kick off the Scottish leg on the Harry Potter Express steam train, before climbing back into their campervan to visit the Cairngorms. They also have a go at modern orienteering, have a close encounter with a reindeer and hook up with old friend Brian Cox at his old stomping ground, the Dundee Rep.

Episode 2
The hosts visit the Hebridean Isle of Skye, where Miriam and Heather first went on holiday together over 50 years ago. Alan takes the pair on a boat trip to see a pod of dolphins. Skye's resident wand whittler gives them a lesson in wood carving, and Alan gets in trouble with the seaweed king.

Episode 3
The pair visit a drug den in Santa Barbara where Alan takes a chance to challenge Miriam's anti-drugs stance. In Palm Springs the two play drag bingo and join a gay knitting group. Then they head to LA to meet with a relative of Alan's.

Episode 4
After a spa day for Alan's dog Lala in LA, the pair party Vegas-style on their final adventure of the season. In the Vegas old town they visit one of the only surviving original casinos El Cortez before Alan surprises Miriam with a cabaret show that leaves her speechless. A Dolly Parton priest conducts a `friendship marriage" for the two and they drive out into the desert for a final cocktail together.

While at each location, Fieri talks to the staff as well as the customers to get their thoughts on the food. Many episodes feature eateries that are connected by a common thread, such as burgers or comfort foods but its all here on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

The UnXplained
The UnXplained will tackle subjects that have mystified mankind for centuries, from mysterious structures and cursed ancient cities to extraterrestrial sightings and bizarre rituals. The series will also feature contributions from top scientists, historians, engineers and researchers - each seeking to shed light on how the seemingly impossible can happen.
