Meanwhile a new group start their community service at the centre; including Rudy, who literally has a split personality, and whose actions soon place the Misfits in danger again.

When a coma victim named Jen manages to switch bodies with Kelly and walk away from the hospital, it's up to the gang to save Kelly's life before the life-support machine is switched off.
