Karen and Natalie continue to face off at Big Ang's party. Karen discovers some disturbing information about her boyfriend Storm that causes her to question their relationship. Drita meets the newest addition to Ang's family.

Natalie tries to inch her way closer to the Staten Island circle by moving to New York. Renee works to rebuild her relationship with the original crew, but alliances are tested when Drita gets some disturbing news about Natalie.

Renee begins to spiral out of control after hearing of her ex husband's latest betrayal. Drita introduces the Staten Island circle to Philadelphia local Nat D. Ang receives some shocking news at her cousin's sentencing.

Karen tries to mediate after Renee's brawl with Big Ang, and Nat D. dishes to Karen about Natalie, causing the women question Natalie's intentions with the group.

Karen and Renee's hatred toward Natalie continues to grow as the social media war spirals out of control. Ang arranges a meet-up with everyone which takes tensions to an all time high and ignites a new never-ending battle.

The fiery feud between Karen and Natalie continues to reach new heights. While Renee gets word that her ex husband has been sentenced, Drita finds out some new incriminating information about her Philly friend Natalie.

Drita prepares for a family vacation while playing middle man between enemies. Karen tries to balance issues with her ex. Ang attemps to gather the girls for a Thanksgiving dinner in hopes that Renee and Natalie can make amends.

Renee reunites with a longtime friend from her past. Natalie and London turn to couples therapy. Nat D invites all the women to her charity event but when one of the girls is a no-show, Nat D's temper begins to flare.

Renee decides to take her newfound peace to the next level. Karen receives a letter from her father. Drita continues to maintain her loyalty to Natalie, but is pushed to the edge after a sit-down with Nat D.

Drita struggles to keep calm after discovering Natalie's deceitful ways. Renee throws a party to celebrate her spiritual cleansing. The two Natalies nearly come face to face, but some unexpected guests disturb the celebration.
