Kazantsev, vice-rector of the university, is going to strengthen the student team "Politech Sharks". Former hockey player Kislyak becomes its coach.

The captain of the "Sharks" Kirill clashes with Kislyak. Vice-Rector Moskvina does not approve of her daughter, student Lisa's relationship with Kirill.

Vlad becomes the new captain of the team. Kazantsev bids the teachers to be loyal to his wards at the exams.

Moskvina suspects that Lisa is pregnant. Having learned about Kislyak's drinking problems, Kirill decides to frame him.

Kirill tries to convince Lisa to have an abortion. Katya, a logistics teacher, helps Kislyak with the treatment of his dog.

The team without Kirill goes to the game in Yaroslavl. Kislyak as a lawyer checks the agreement on the division of property of Katya and her husband.

Kislyak offers Kirill to return to the ice. Katya's husband demands from Kislyak not to interfere in their divorce proceedings.

Because of the death of the dog Kislyak breaks down and goes on a bender. In honor of the anniversary of the university, the game "Politech Sharks" is attended by the mayor of the city.

Lisa starts dating Sharks player Oleg. Vlad cunningly sends his twin brother Yarik to the hospital.

Kazantsev invites Moskvina to the theater, but on the way out of the house she gets stuck in the elevator. Kirill tries to get Lisa back.

Kazantsev tries to defend the team's authority before a council of sports officials. Katya's mother does not approve of her relationship with Kislyak.

"Sharks" are preparing for the decisive game, and Kazantsev tries to bribe the opponent. Lisa resumes communication with her father.

Kazantsev and Moskvina spend the evening together. Yarik finds out about Vlad's betrayal and throws his fists at him in front of the team.
