Season 2

Episodes

San Diego Bound
Monica decides to shake up her life by moving to the West Coast with her best friend, Krista; Monica passes along messages from the beyond to a family at a truck stop, a college campus tour guide and siblings on the beach.

Roommates Wanted
Monica is struggling to build up her California clientele, so when she discovers that James Van Praagh lives in town, she reaches out to him. They immediately bond and he decides to introduce her to other local mediums. When the group meets, they are able to link up and connect to Spirit. The roles are reversed when James surprises Monica by bringing forth her recently deceased grandmother.
Meanwhile, Monica and Kristen put up flyers at school looking for roommates to share the bills with in their new house. While stopping by the cafeteria to grab lunch, Monica is drawn to a young woman who lost her dad. Monica brings comforting messages to her, including knowledge of the location where the girl is getting married, as provided by the father.
Later Monica and Krista meet Kayla and contemplate letting her move in. Kayla wants to expose the girls to California living, so she takes them surfing, which Monica is less than happy about. But she ends up meeting three sisters who just lost their mother months earlier and it strikes a chord with her since she too has three sisters and is especially close to her mom.
Finally, Monica and Krista interview another potential roommate, Kirsten, who isn't sure how she feels about Monica's "gifts." They invite her and Kayla out to drinks so they can all get to know each other. Will the girls get along and agree to live together?

Housewarming Fiesta
To celebrate Kirsten and Kayla moving in, the girls decide to throw a housewarming party. While out shopping for party supplies, both girls make it clear that they are nervous about Monica's abilities. But when Monica spends time alone with Kirsten, Spirit comes forth loud and clear and Kirsten reluctantly agrees to hear the messages. Even though Kirsten has a positive reaction, Kayla remains spooked and does not want Monica to ever read her.
Meanwhile, Monica decides to go car shopping. At her first stop, she meets a pair of friends who both have relatives come through. One of the friends, Nicholas, is especially touched when he discovers his grandfather loves him for who he is and is proud of the man he's become.
Later, when she goes to a car lot, she ditches the salesman to talk to a mother and daughter who have lost their husband/father. Although she doesn't buy a car, Monica's clear details give the women closure and healing.

That's What Friends Aren't For
Monica is stressed out over trying to balance her time between school, readings and a social life. At the end of her rope, she hires Krista as her personal assistant. Their first order of business is to go office hunting so Monica can do her one-on-one readings in private. Within minutes of looking at one location, Monica is overwhelmed by multiple spirits, who have all come through for one of the women showing her the space.
Meanwhile, Monica reads three friends who have all lost special women in their lives. One of the girls is startled when Monica brings forth her mother and mentions the handwritten letters she left behind for her daughter.
Later, Kirsten sets Monica up on a blind date, but she and Kayla don't think Monica should tell him she's a medium. It turns out to be a promise Monica can't keep when she ends up giving Tyler a reading.

A Gift That Keeps On Giving
When Monica first accepted her gifts as a spirit medium, she sought guidance from several people. Now, with years under her belt, she feels confident to mentor Emma, offering advice and inviting the young medium to sit in on a session with a woman who lost her son. Later, Monica lets her give Krista a reading.
Meanwhile, Monica meets with a group of military people, including a woman who lost her best friend and fellow soldier. Another woman who starts off as a skeptic, but quickly changes her mind when Monica correctly reads that she'd been in a coma. Later, Krista contemplates getting into real estate, so she meets with a realtor about a job. Then, Kirsten brings some of her friends along to dinner and Monica connects one of the girls to her mother who has passed.

There's Something Fishy Going On
While at the school library cramming for midterms, Monica is distracted by Spirit and feels compelled to pass a deeply healing message from a sister to a fellow student. Her classmate Jerrica lost her sister, Trista, in a car accident, which also took the life of a fellow driver. Jerrica and her family have felt terrible guilt ever since, however, Monica is able to bring her comfort.
Meanwhile, Monica talks her roommates into joining her, Tyler and his friends at a sushi-making class. This, of course, leads the girls to go shopping for the perfect outfits, where Monica ends up reading the shopkeeper. Later while getting her lashes done, she reaches out to the lash technician with a message from her mother.
Elsewhere, Krista is thrown into her new realtor job with no real training. She's asked to buy furniture and stage a house for her boss to show potential clients. A nervous Krista then takes Kayla to a furniture shop and has to make executive decisions that go against her boss' orders.
