A monster of a battle begins over who is going to be the Mayor of Monster Beach. Dr. Knutt is keen as mustard. Will Jan and Dean end up rigging the election or will cooler heads prevail?

As Dean's frustration at the monsters grows and his friends respond in abject terror, Jan realises that sometimes it's good to try and join in other people's hobbies, so long as you play by their rules.
