MEI accuses HUNG for killing LAI and MUI also steps in to support her. WING HO calls SUM to inform her about HUNG’s case. SUM and SHUN rush back to Hong Kong immediately. SUM questions HUNG if she has killed LAI but HUNG denies. SUM is heartbroken and she says that she wants to move to England with SHUN. HUNG encourages SUM to marry SHUN and she asks SUM to tell lies for her at the court. SUM informs WING HO that she is going to marry SHUN. WING HO is heartbroken but he congratulates her calmly. Before the lawsuit, HUNG decides to gives 70% of her 80% company shares to SUM. She invites all senior management to the house to announce her decision but CHO suddenly appears to join the meeting. SUM reveals that she has decided to hand over all her shares to CHO and HO. HUNG is deeply shocked. SHUN reveals to WING HO that he was just pretending to marry SUM and SUM actually loves WING HO. As a result, he asks WING HO to take good care of SUM…
