When career-driven Cologne homicide detective Sophie Haas is apruptly exiled in the sleepy village of Hengasch, she expects boredom and routine. With her unorthadox methods and an unlikly team of quirky allies including the spirited Bärbel Schmeid, Sophie finds herself embroiled in solving crimes that range from the perplexing to the downright bizarre. As the bodies pile up, Sophie's determination to prove her worth is matched only by her knack for inadvertently stepping into hilarious situations. "Homicide Hills" Season 1 takes viewers on a roller-coaster journey filled with laughter, suspense and unexpected twists.
