Episode 1
Drivers and experts return to assess dramatic traffic incidents from the UK motorways and roads across the globe, beginning with a look at what can happen when tyres and wheels fail. In California, a car is catapulted into the air, while a truck in Thailand suffers a tyre explosion, upending it and sending it spinning in front of a moving lorry.

Episode 2
Cameras reveal what can happen when people drive too fast, from a game of cat and mouse between a motorbike and a car that goes horribly wrong in Florida, to the Arizona driver whose race through the mountains ends in catastrophe down a cliff.

Episode 3
Cameras focus on disasters caused by driving rain, from a motorcyclist in Thailand sliding uncontrollably down a flooded freeway, to a driver in Eastern Europe whose car slides out of control and somersaults towards a forest.

Episode 4
In this episode we reveal disasters caused by drivers drifting across the carriageway, from the worker who crashed a tanker full of fuel into a group of parked cars in Thailand to the driver in Norway who veered directly into the path of an oncoming HGV.
We witness the dangers of the hard shoulder, including a rescue worker in Texas who came face to face with a flying SUV, and a motorist who ended up rear-ending a roadworks vehicle in San Diego, California.
We also see what happens when exiting the motorway goes wrong, like the car that got shunted up the motorway in Staffordshire after pulling in front of a huge lorry, and the motorist in Malta who got their exit strategy all wrong and flipped upside down onto their roof.
Plus, we reveal why it pays to expect the unexpected, and what can happen when animals stray onto the highway.

Episode 5
Cameras focus on driving disasters at junctions, from a lorry with brake failure in Washington State that crashed through a busy intersection to the red light runner in Kansas City that collided with cross traffic. Viewers also witness the nightmares of driving after dark, like the multi-car crash caused by a group of vehicles racing on a highway in New York at night time.

Episode 6
In this episode we reveal disasters caused by drivers making high risk manoeuvres, from the man in the USA who attempted to pass a truck via a grass verge and ended up getting his car totalled, to the driver in China who attempted to move his car through a small gap and got it flipped onto its roof.
We witness the dangers of level crossings, including a truck that got hit by a freight train in Oregon after it got stuck attempting a turn as the barriers came down, and an oversized vehicle in Kansas that destroyed a lighting rig at a crossing as it attempted to pass underneath.
We also see what can go wrong when driving in the snow, like the truck that took out a car as it skidded sideways down a motorway in Russia, and what happened after a vehicle skidded towards a massive forty car pile-up in West Virginia.
Plus we reveal traumatic tales of towing trailers, and what can happen when tractors get into accidents on the highway.

Episode 7
In this episode we reveal disasters caused by drivers making misjudgements at junctions, from the lorry sent flying in a collision with another big rig in Washington State, USA, to a horrifying head-on smash between two vehicles on a blind bend near Harrogate.
We witness the dangers of pile ups, including a massive combination of collisions in Bulgaria on an icy road at night, and a pile up caused by a long lorry performing a U turn on a motorway in Thailand.
We also see crashes caused by bad driving in luxury cars, like the hydroplaning Lamborghini that took out a Peugeot before smashing into a central reservation in Russia, and the driver of a Ferrari in Dubai who lost control after accelerating too hard and ended up heading head first into a wall.
Plus, we reveal how objects that don't normally belong on a motorway can lead to major accidents, and why undertaking can lead to really dangerous driving disasters.

In this episode we reveal disasters caused by road rage - from the driver who used his pick-up to ram another vehicle off the freeway straight towards a tree in California, to the van and car veering wildly across a busy carriageway as they try to take each other out in North Carolina.
We witness braking going bad, including a Hummer hammering into a hatchback in Connecticut, and the driver who smashed into a Sedan after failing to see it brake because they were looking at their mobile phone.
We also see crashes caused by slip ups on slip roads, like the driver who failed to match the speed of motorway traffic and was hit by two giant trucks as they joined a motorway in Taunton, and the van driver who made an illegal U-turn on a slip road near Derby with disastrous results.
