Episode 1
Stephen Drew from Educating Essex attempts to help 11 boys whose behaviour is threatening their future by enrolling them along with their parents in a residential summer school. Along with the help of a team of experts he tries to help them unlock their true potential before it's too late.

Episode 2
The summer school is entering week two and Mr Drew thinks that he has a clear sense of where each family's problems lie and attempts to tackle them head on.

Episode 3
Mr Drew attempts to deal with the constant lack of respect by organising an away match against a local football team, where any bad language or foul play will result in an immediate red card.

Episode 4
There is only a couple of days left until the boys leave for home and Mr Drew and his team begin to prepare the boys for their return to regular school.
