理想の社長とはいったいどんな人物なのか? 浅海 (松田翔太) のような優れた決断力を持った社長を目指そうと決意した雛子 (高畑充希) は、「プチボナール」のチェーン展開に向けて、47都道府県の食材を集めたフェアを企画。慣れないリーダーシップを発揮しようとする雛子を、大牙 (志尊淳) は心配する。案の定、良かれと思った行動が暴走に繋がり、雛子は社員からそっぽを向かれてしまう…! 社員の信頼を取り戻すため、雛子が奮闘する!
