Clouds on the Horizon
Months after the attacks, the BGH staff continue to pick up the pieces. Dr. Kaushik faces an uncertain future with a criminal case filed against him by Mrs. Kelkar, fueled by Mansi. Diya's testimony causes friction within BGH. A visit from a delegation of doctors from the UK sends Chitra spiralling when she's forced to face her past. All the pressure on Kaushik causes issues during an emergency.

A Storm is Brewing
An otherwise usual monsoon day takes a turn for the worse. Kaushik is unable to come to terms with what happened in the ER. Kulkarni keeps hounding Subramaniam about Kaushik's case. Sujata lashes out at Diya and Ahaan. Ananya faces the wrath of the rains as she gets stranded on her way. Mansi is asked to move on from Mrs. Kelkar's case and focus on the unprecedented rains, much to her dismay.

That Sinking Feeling
Kaushik sets out to find Ananya. Sujata tries to get everyone's attention on Saba's case. Chitra falls back into old patterns but decides to confront Saurav. Mansi struggles with her decision but tries to make it her own. Vidya finds herself in a moral dilemma. Saurav tells Ahaan about his past. Diya notices something peculiar in Sandeep's reports. Sujata takes matters into her own hands.

Darkness Falls
The rains get disastrous as BGH is forced to move the ER upstairs. Mansi plans an incriminating report but is asked to repackage it with 'hope'. Samarth finds Cyril in a juvenile home but notices something there. Diya tries to understand a confused and scared Sandeep. Ahaan is hurt but Chitra's having none of it. Sachin witnesses a stampede at Dadar station. Kaushik finds Ananya at a chawl.

Troubled Waters
Kaushik and Ananya get help from unexpected quarters. Chitra is surprised by the change in Saurav as he stands up against Kulkarni to defend BGH, but Ahaan is suspicious. Diya gets more involved in Sandeep's life, Sujata makes a troubling discovery at the juveile home and Mansi finally realises that she is a pawn in a larger game. In a race against time, they fear that it might be too late.

Eye of the Storm
A ray of hope emerges in Kaushik and Ananya's life. A still suspended Sujata has to show restraint if she is to reach to the bottom of the ongoings at the juvenile home. Diya tries to protect Sandeep from his mother while Chitra confronts Saurav about his true intentions. Kaushik encourages Subramaniam to save Saba's life while Mansi brings a grieviously injured Sachin to BGH.

Darkest before Dawn
Kaushik and Sujata debate about their approach to their job while resolving their own differences. Sujata's hunch about the juvenile home kids is proven to be right. Subramamiam struggles with the influx of more patients while Ahaan and Chitra try to deal with Saurav. Mansi realises her folly at BGH as Kaushik saves Sachin. Ananya's deteriorating health drags Kaushik down to his lowest.

Staying Afloat
Chitra has to get over her fears to stand up against her abuser and Diya finds it in her heart to forgive and befriend her father. Ahaan's accident stuns the hospital staff and Chitra's confession about Saurav pushes Kulkarni's patience off the edge. Mansi reveals the truth about Kulkarni that leads to Subramanaim taking a strong decision. Kaushik faces a significant loss.
