After not being seen for several days, Rita Parminter was found dead in her home in Hastings. To police, it initially appeared that she had taken her own life.

The Cinderella Murder
Felicity Paget was killed by a 'mystery knifeman' who entered her house, and also attacked her fiancé William Webb. The 'fleeing attacker' left footprints behind in blood.

Hanged on Man
John Kewish was the last person to be hanged for murder on the Isle of Man in August, 1872. Yet, the case continues to create controversy to this day.

Trialled to Death
In the 1990's, electrician Tony Teare lured Corrine Bentley to remote moorland in the UK, promising her a job. In the violent attack that followed, he left her for dead.

The Rolex Killer
The ninth episode looks back at another case from the Scottish Isle of Man, this time the murder of Corrine Bentley. She was lured into a remote moorland by a local electrician Tony Teare, assaulted and had her throat slit. The murder shocked the island and Teare became the last man sentenced to hang in the UK – but a change in the law ended up saving his life.

The Frankenstein Killer
The last episode of the tenth season takes viewers to Devon and revisits the murder of Ronald Platt by his business partner Albert Waker. Walker was already a wanted criminal in his homeland of Canada and fled to the UK. Thinking his cover was blown, he murdered Ronald, thinking he committed the perfect murder. But a watch on the victim's wrist led the police to the murderer.
