Throughout the programme, the investigators uncover shocking details of other male DNA found at the crime scene, and disturbing new information from a witness living in the area at the time.

The re-examination of the case against Luke Mitchell unearths shocking revelations about two males who were identified by eyewitnesses at the scene where Jodi was murdered. The conduct of the police while interviewing Mitchell as a 14-year-old is called into question, and Luke and his mother Corinne take a lie-detector test.
