Episode 1

A look at how sole eyewitness Joanne Lees came under immense scrutiny and pressure from both the British and Australian press as they hounded her continuously for an interview, while certain detectives were also sceptical of her version of events. The programme includes detailed sections of a video showing Joanne being confronted by detectives about seeming inconsistences in her account of the attack.

Episode 3
In the third episode, former criminal defence lawyer Andrew Fraser questions the verdict of the murder trial, that saw Bradley Murdoch found guilty of murder. The programme examines other potential suspects, including an eyewitness account of a couple talking to a man who matched the police description of the killer, as well as considering theories that Falconio is still alive, since his body was never found and several people have reported encountering him.
