A couple moves from North Carolina to sunny Hawaii to fulfill their dream of raising their two daughters on the island. Real estate expert Wayne Chi works with their budget of $1.3 million and a wish list that includes an updated kitchen, fresh master bath and outdoor entertainment space. After eliminating one option, the couple is left with a tough decision choosing between a gorgeous new-build duplex close to the beach and a classic Hawaiian home with a spectacular view.

An adventurous couple is relocating from Zurich, Switzerland, to tropical Oahu to fulfill their fantasy of living on the beach. With a budget cap of $500,000, Wayne is challenged with finding them a home close to the University of Hawaii but not too far from great surfing.

A medical resident asks Wayne Chi to help him find an entertainer's oasis with a big yard for his dog in lush Kaneohe. Wayne shows him a '60s gem with curved wall, a '50s renovation and a brand-new home tucked up next to the scenic Ko'olau Mountains.

A New Home for a Family in Waikiki
A husband and wife decide to make Hawaii their forever home and are ready to bring the family to Oahu to immerse them in island life. Wayne pulls out all the stops to find them a condo with a big kitchen, nice living space and killer views all for about $500,000.

A family is moving back to Hawaii and has enlisted home search help from college friend Wayne Chi. Their wish list includes modern style and high ceilings but they'll have a tough decision on their hands if they want all of this with great views to boot. They'll check out a high-rise condo with sweeping views of Honolulu, a golf course home with double-height ceilings and a smaller home with an impressive upscale renovation tucked away in beautiful Palolo Valley.

Two Army veterans are looking to put down roots and raise their daughter on Oahu. They must choose between a quiet country home with private access to the beach, a newly built condo in town or a single family home with gorgeous mountain views.

Matt and Kevin only dreamed of retiring to Hawaii, until Matt got a job opportunity he couldn't pass up. They ask Wayne to help them find a home in Honolulu where they can entertain inside and out. From a luxury duplex to house with a flowing living-kitchen-dining area, Matt and Kevin must choose between a single-family home or sharing a wall with strangers.

After serving his country abroad and in Washington, DC, an island local is ready to return to Oahu. He wants to find a home with great views and plenty of room to entertain, leaving him to decide whether he wants to stick with the city life he knows or venture out for more space.

A Colorado couple that married on Maui want to make the island their forever home. Wayne shows them homes that are a blend of Hawaii's tropical beaches and Colorado's cooler mountains, leaving them to decide if the peaks or the ocean have a stronger pull.
