14 year old Riveon, 16 year old Madison, 19 year old Amy, and 17 year old Sierra have all made their young mothers, grandmothers.

Amy deals with the big news, Riveon discovers her baby's gender, Ashly goes back to school, and Maria and Michaela struggle with two babies between them.

Sierra fights for Richard to move in, Madison brings baby Ryan home, Josefina buys a house, and Michaela signs up for the Army.

Sierra and Richard go to Prom, Riveon and Miesha plan a baby shower, Maria and Coach have a home date, and Madison goes to grandma's while mom Karina and sister Paige go out on the town.

Ashly and Josefina move even farther away from Marcos, Miesha realizes she's not having enough fun, and Sierra preps for labor while Madison preps for school.

Amy tells her dad she's pregnant; Sierra goes into labour; Ashly can't find a daycare; Riveon takes a parenting class.

Sierra brings Corbin home; Amy finds out her baby's gender; Riveon gets a health scare; Michaela gets bad news.
