Episode 22
Following the deaths of CHI-MING and HOI-CHI, the police suspect that the two were murdered by WING-SEUNG; whereas WING-SEUNG denies poisoning them. TIN-YEUNG claims she has a motive because she knew that CHI-MING was still seeing HOI-CHI. TIN-YEUNG arranges for TUNG YUET to meet up with WING-SEUNG. Right away, TUNG YUET asks whether WING-SEUNG was under pressure to kill them, to which WING-SEUNG denies. TUNG YUET wants TIN-YEUNG to return a favor, which is to catch the culprit as soon as possible. After hearing that the police examined the case, TAI-YIN is of the opinion that the murderer must be someone else. He views the video recorded by the secret lover PING-KWONG, and concludes that he is not the murderer because he loves HOI-CHI too much to kill her. Seeing that TUNG YAT tries every possible way to help WING-SEUNG clear her name, TIN-YEUNG and TAI-YIN cannot help feeling impressed with his persistence.… ...
