Season 1
My Golden Blood tells a story of the love between a human and a vampire. When duty and love intersect, a decision must be made. The mission to protect the special blood that can awaken the hunger of vampires.
Tong, a 20-year-old boy, is born with a special blood known as the Golden Blood but he is told by everyone around him that he has Hemophilia and must avoid anything that could risk spilling his blood. However, Tong breaks that rule and becomes a server at an event on behalf of Tonkla, his best friend from the same orphanage. That's how he meets Mark, the 200-year-old heir of the Amarittrakul family and the host of the event. Mark tries to take Tong away from the other guests but an accident happens, causing Tong to spill his blood. The sweet scent of the blood stirs chaos, awakening the thirst of the vampires, including Nakan, a 250-year-old vampire and another heir of the Amarittrakul family, who also desires the Golden Blood.

Episode 1
Tong and his best friend Tonkla leave the orphanage for a new life in Bangkok. At a part-time job, he meets the mysterious and dangerous Mark, a man who seems to have known him for a long time. When Tong accidentally bleeds from an injury, Mark's true identity is revealed as a vampire, and Tong's blood, known as "golden blood", is a deadly temptation for vampires.

Episode 2
Mark tells Tong that vampires have been hiding in the human world and for his own protection, the two need to live together. Tong flees and tries to report the crime, but ends up in a dire situation; can and will he learn how to trust Mark?

Episode 3
Mark and Tong start living together, and Tong wonders if Mark's extreme care belies an ulterior motive. When the mysteries of Tong's life are revealed, he runs away, which leads Mark to protect him from the shadows.

Episode 4
Tong attempts to make new friends in college but struggles to make many connections beyond Mark who is always close by his side. When Nakan is spotted with Tonkla, Mark grows suspicious of Tong's best friend.

Episode 5
Mark tries to keep his distance from Tong by suppressing his desires, but Tong draws closer and their relationship becomes more murky. However, a new vampire threat emerges, and Mark must make a decision regarding Tong's safety.

Episode 6
As Mark and Tong spend more time together and draw closer, feelings of intimacy and restraint begin to struggle against their shared mission to protect Tong's blood. While under surveillance from other vampires, they attempt to stay away from each other, but their hearts draw them closer while danger grows.

Episode 7
As Mark and Tong grow closer, the infighting between vampires increases. Nakan hypnotizes Tong and tries to seize leadership from Thara, which puts Mark and Tong on the path to face an even greater danger.

Episode 8
Thara reveals that Tong's golden blood could be key to protect the vampire pack and quell the crisis facing their kind. Meanwhile, Mark and Tong's feelings only grow stronger, and Tong wants to be more than just protected and wants Mark to have his blood.

Episode 9
Mark and Tong celebrate one month together, and after a passionate night, they trust each other even more. However, Thara reminds them that once Tong turns 21 years old, his blood will no longer need protection which might cause their relationship to change. With love between vampires and humans never being successful before, Tong wonders if his love can survive the challenge of loving an immortal.

Episode 10
As Tonkla's death leaves Tong in mourning, Mark supports him, but Thara's reminder shakes their belief in love, and they decide to distance themselves from each other. With Nakan still missing and Thara's power waning, the vampire world is in danger, and Mark vows to find the enemy himself.

Episode 11
Thara's true nature is finally revealed and she plans to take Tong's golden blood on his 21st birthday. Faced with a destiny that is about to be destroyed, Tong desperately fights back and calls on Mark to save him. Meanwhile, Mark is gradually piecing together Thara's lies. Truth, blood, and emotion are intertwined in the night before a showdown from which there is no escape.

Episode 12
Tong decides to sacrifice himself and use his golden blood in exchange for peace. To protect Tong's life, Mark chooses to betray his clan and tries to stop the ritual, which begins the final confrontation with Thara in an attempt to break the curse of the golden blood.
