Around the world, mines, quarries and tunnels are often the site of unexplained events and ghostly encounters. The electromagnetic properties of these mineral-rich areas are said to create the perfect conduits for the paranormal.

Ghosts linger in small-town America, and the locations of former battlegrounds are ripe for paranormal experiences. The American Civil War, the deadliest conflict in U.S. history, has given rise to many haunted battlegrounds.

In the paranormal realm, entities manifest and terrify in many ways, often demanding attention with their poltergeist activity—the bumps and noises that haunt at night.

Throughout time, humans have honoured their dead in unique ways. The one thing they all have in common, is the final resting place is spiritually sacred. So when the activities of the living lead to disturbing the dead, the results can be terrifying.
