The 14th season of MKR kicks off on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, with competitive brothers Rob and Liam turning up the heat for a BBQ with a difference.

Episode 2
The competition continues in Adelaide, where young mums Ash and Cassie hope to impress the judges with their healthy Asian-inspired meals.

Episode 3
Brisbane's modern Italians Simone and Viviana, are ready to make their mark on the competition with their younger twist on traditional Italian dishes.

Episode 4
The competition travels to Townsville, as brother and sister Danny and Sonia, hope to impress judges Manu and Colin with some North Queensland flair.

Episode 5
The competition continues in Perth, where lovebirds Hannah and Lawrence hope to impress their judges and guests at their Instant Restaurant, Missing Piece.

Episode 6
After talking a big game all week, Mike and Pete are hoping to impress the judges, with their old school Italian classic menu with a twist.

Episode 7
It's a brand new round of Instant Restaurants and we're in Sydney with mum and son Gatecrasher team Caz and Fergus first up to cook.

Episode 8
Simone & Viviana are shooting for the stars, and judges Manu Fieldel and Colin Fassnidge look set to make MKR history.

Episode 9
In the most anticipated Instant Restaurant this season, Melbourne duo Janey & Maddie step up in their heels. Will these self appointed Kitchen Queens serve up culinary triumph or a right Royal flop?

Episode 10
The competition returns to Perth as fussy friends Mike and Pete hope to improve on their last Instant Restaurant and impress the judges with their classic Italian menu

Episode 11
Perth's loved up couple Hannah and Lawrence are out for redemption, but after a clash at the last restaurant, arch rivals Janey and Maddie are out for revenge.

Episode 12
MKR's first ever German team, husband and wife Robert and Andrea, hope to impress the judges with their traditional Bavarian cuisine.

Episode 13
In our first Kitchen Headquarters battle, the teams take on the dreaded Pick a Fridge challenge.

Episode 14
The teams battle it out in Kitchen HQ to avoid being sent to an elimination cook-off, and to win a massive reward from judges Manu Fieldel and Colin Fassnidge.

Episode 15
At Kitchen HQ Rob and Liam wield their judges power, and three teams battle it out to avoid elimination.

Episode 16
It's round 3 and the first Ultimate Instant Restaurant where Rob & Liam must fight to survive as the competition takes on a new twist.

Episode 17
In our second Ultimate Instant Restaurant mother and son team Caz and Fergus are up for a night of high stakes and high drama, with fallen champions Rob and Liam out for blood.

Episode 18
We're back in Brisbane for the third Ultimate Instant Restaurant, where the modern Italians, Simone and Viviana, hope to live up their record-breaking reputation.

Episode 19
Tonight, No Risk, No Reward is the name of the game for Mike and Pete's Ultimate Instant Restaurant as they present a surprising menu with the goal of blowing the competition out of the water.

Episode 20
Tonight we're in Melbourne for the last round of the ultimate instant restaurants where mother and daughter team, Janey and Maddie, hope to impress the judges and avoid elimination.

Episode 21
The top four cooking teams return to Kitchen HQ for the start of Finals Round. Their challenge is to create a banquet and fight for an advantage going into the semi-finals.

Episode 22
It's a Matriarchal Match off as Kitchen Queens, Janey & Maddie battle it out with rival, Caz & Fergus. Three courses in under three hours, it's the ultimate cook off & the stakes couldn't be higher.

Episode 23
It's an Italian showdown, as the modern Italians, Simone & Viviana, take on the traditional Italians, Mike & Pete, in Kitchen HQ for the remaining spot in the grand final.

Grand Final
It's the grand final of MKR, where our top two teams must prepare 100 plates of food to impress the judges. Which team will be crowned MKR champion & win a life changing $100.000 prize?
