Jayne - who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 - helps Junior - a DJ and father of 11, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012 - come to terms with his prognosis.

Episode 2
The group and their loved ones explore how terminal illness affects those ultimately left behind. Lou confronts her husband over his denial and Andy realises he has to tackle his financial situation.

Episode 3
There are differences in opinion about how to tell a child that a parent is terminally ill and Jayne continues the search for the son she gave up for adoption.

Episode 4
The group meet one last time to mark Junior's death and it's apparent that their illnesses are progressing. Ben and Jayne accept more treatment to try to prolong their lives.
