Season 1
My Love Mix-Up! follows Atom, a shy high schooler with a big crush on his classmate, Mudmee. One day, he accidentally discovers that Mudmee has written the name of Kongthap, the super cool basketball player, on her eraser. In a moment of clumsiness, Atom drops the eraser, and Kongthap sees his name on it, misunderstanding the situation and thinking Atom is crushing on him.

Kongthap and Atom's class put on a school play, but Mudmee's stage fright causes Atom to step in at the last minute.

Half reveals to Kongthap that the eraser situation was all a misunderstanding. Atom feels a setback on his journey with Kongthap, until he is offered the opportunity to be the basketball team manager.

Atom and Kongthap's class attends an overnight camp where their courage will be put to the test.

Episode 6
Atom and Kongthap go on their first date after leveling up their relationship.

Episode 7
While Valentine's Day approaches, Atom begins to panic about Annop seeing him and Kongthap holding hands.

Atom and Kongthap both wonder and anticipate their first kiss as boyfriends.

Episode 9
Atom wants to buy a gift for Kongthap's birthday, but he has no money.

Episode 10
Kongthap and Atom visit Bangkok to tour potential universities to apply to.

Kongthap and Atom enjoy the school fair while they contemplate their future plans.

Episode 12
Atom and Kongthap open up to their moms about their relationship. Together, they discover where their future will take them after high school.
