In one of the most dramatic transformations of the season, Dr. Boogie helps property manager Stacy, who for the last three years has been wearing wigs to conceal her significant bald spots.

Episode 2
Doreen comes to Dr. Boogie because she thinks her 4C hair makes her "look like a clown" and wants to feel beautiful; Paluza is one year into her trans journey and turns to Dr. Boogie because she has damaged her scalp by wearing wigs and weaves.

Episode 3
Recently divorced and balding, Jeffrey always wears a hat or a wig. He wants to boost his confidence and remind his young son to never give up. Tanesa has overcome vitiligo and now she's turning to Dr. Boogie for her next great challenge: her hair.

Episode 4
For nearly twenty years Dr. Boogie has been begging his clients and friends, Terri and "Auntie," to stop wearing their wigs and weaves, and embrace their natural hair. Today they finally listen.

Episode 5
Felica is getting married and wants a "look," but before Dr. Boogie gives her one, she must talk about the teasing that caused her to go under the wig. Jennifer runs a natural skin care company but is guiltily hiding her real hair under faux locks.

Episode 6
Melinda has been caught between her two heritages and running from wig to wig. Dr. Boogie helps her to love her real hair and herself. Next, Dr. Boogie helps Primah discard her hats and one of the most "creative" DIY weaves he has ever seen.

Episode 7
Queen loves being blonde so much that she completely fried her real hair and crushed her confidence. Dr. Boogie gives her a rejuvenating, confidence-boosting new style. Christina is on a quest to embrace her natural hair and boost her self-esteem.

Episode 8
Best friends Danielle and LaPrincia neglect their real hair, instead hiding it under wigs and extensions. Dr. Boogie gives them new looks they will love. Next, Carla turns to Dr. Boogie for help with her severely damaged scalp.
