Episode 1
The nervous parents are dropped-off at the doors of the retreat by their kids, who all meet at the 'Bunker', where Davina reveals that they will be watching their parents' every move from a surveillance room. Here they must secretly guide them on their path to finding love, under the guise of dating experts.

Episode 2
Davina heads into the retreat to see how the grown-ups are getting on. Some of the parents open up to her about their past relationships, and Davina has to console Monique who wonders if she'll ever find love. Later, the children get to make their first dating decision.

Episode 3
The parents take part in a workshop where they are encouraged to acknowledge resentments of the past which some are struggling to let go of, but the workshop also leaves questions when not everyone shares their past. At the end of this episode, there is another surprise that brings hope for some.

Episode 4
With more single parents now in the retreat, the kids get another opportunity to pair them up for dates. Sparks fly between one of the couples with one person becoming emotional when she sees a different side to her mum, while another is left hopeful at her dad's growing confidence. In the evening, there is a surprise in store and feathers are ruffled.

Episode 5
The parents prepare for a school disco-themed party which causes temperatures to rise. A new connection starts to form, leaving one grown-up kid disappointed for her mum. One of yesterday's new arrivals plays with fire, and what has the grown-up kids cringing behind their cushions?

Episode 6
The parents take part in a group task which has the grown-up children reaching for the cushions again as they watch their parents getting closer. Meanwhile back at The Bunker, the grown-up children are given a new task by Davina. With a tough choice to make, which parents are in for a new surprise?

Episode 7
The children are thrilled when sparks fly between two parents they choose to go on a date, but one dad's refusal to commit leaves him in danger of losing two potential connections. Meanwhile at The Bunker, the youngsters are tasked with making another difficult decision.

Episode 8
The grown-up children are tasked with helping their parents during a workshop. With emotions at an all time high in the retreat, the parents open up on their journeys so far. Later in the day difficult conversations are had - do the kids think their parents have made the right choices?

Episode 9
As the end approaches, the romance is ramped up in the retreat. The couples are all sent on extravagant dates where they discuss their journey so far and plans for the future. That evening the parents then write their kids letters, leading to high emotions from their children.

Episode 10
Davina McCall's shocks the parents when revealing the grown-up kids' role in their journey at the retreat. Fresh from this, the parents are told that their kids will make one last big decision when giving their blessing on their new relationships. At an emotional reunion, hearts are on the line as everyone bares their soul. Will the kids approve of their new found love, or will there be a shocking revelation?
