Season 1
Oshima Nagi, a shy, quiet girl works as an OL in Tokyo and has a secret office romance with Gamon Shinji. She's constantly reading the atmosphere and trying to accommodate people's moods with her only goal being to pass each day peacefully. This and her colleagues' mistreatment however stresses her out to the point that she collapses from hyperventilation. When she then overhears her boyfriend's badmouthing, she takes harsh consequences: quits her job and moves to a shabby apartment on the outskirts of Tokyo to start her "long vacation". She plans to reexamine and reset her life in order to be happy and also lets out her naturally curly hair, which she's never shown to anyone, not even Gamon Shinji, due to a childhood complex. This is the story of her meeting her new neighbors and how interacting with them helps Nagi to search for her new path in life. And Shinji can't just let her be...
