Biker-inspired designs are created with nothing but metal embellishments. Also: The artists work with their first celebrity client.

A surprise opponent tests the nail artists. Also: Nails are fashioned with LED lights.

Hand to Hand Combat
After weeks of battling it out, the final eight contestants are pitted head to head to become one of the four advancing to the next challenge. The remaining four artists create their nail autobiography, but only three will move on to the finals.

Winner Takes All
The final 3 nail artists have one last chance to prove themselves as they face the final challenge for the $100,000 prize. The pressure becomes too intense for one of the nail artists and she threatens to leave. Who has what it takes to Nail It?
