Fan-favorite legends return to take on new challengers in an all-out battle of skill, innovation, and grit. The competitor who demonstrates the best bushcraft, ingenuity and stamina to outlast their opponents in head-to-head, multiphase challenges will earn the crown, a coveted perfect 10.0 Primitive Survival Rating and a $100,000 cash prize. This season, survivalists will face heartbreaking medical tap outs, legacy-defining moments, and the most shocking elimination ever seen in the franchise.

Outback Trial by Fire
In the Australian Outback, 14 of Naked and Afraid's best, including Laura, Matt, Ky and Max, vie for the title. A legend suffers a third-degree burn and faces immediate elimination. Survivalists are warned when deadly taipan snakes surround their shelter.

A Thief in the Night
Shocking sabotage and a midnight medical emergency upend the competition. The elimination challenge requires a photo finish. In a test of skills, survivalists must build primitive ladders, torches and hooks to claim critical caches. A legend is sent home.

Scared and Snared Down Under
While tracking a wild boar, Laura discovers a shocking animal nest. To avoid elimination, camps scramble to build baited spring snare traps. Tensions rise when Patrick questions Jermaine's hunting tactics. One competitor is eliminated.

All Shelter Breaks Loose
Under the sweltering Outback sun, competitors scramble to build Aboriginal dome shelters and avoid elimination. Medics race to give aid when Laura suffers whiplash, and Trish gets toxic sap in her eye. A survivalist must be evacuated via stretcher.

Savage Strategies
Matt's tactics spark tension in another camp. Survivalists compete in a primitive axe challenge. After the first big-game kill, a competitor must choose to keep or share their win. The physical and mental strain of the challenge sends a survivalist home.

Down Under Siege
Pushed to the brink, three competitors send shockwaves through the Outback. All camps are disbanded, and challenges going forward will be solo tests. A hunting competition offers a protein reward. Medics are called when a survivalist steps on hot coals.

Bringing the Heat and the Meat
In a grueling rocket stove challenge, a worst-to-first comeback by a dark horse secures a critical asset. A survivalist gets a big-game kill and plots to shift the balance of power. A top contender's shocking exit rocks the competition.

Flame On or Flame Out
The friction fire challenge shakes everyone. Patrick is stunned when he must give up his gathered materials. Cheeny has an edge, but her strategy risks it all. Matt's blistered hands could send him home. One survivalist is eliminated.

Three Dog Fight to the Finish
With the $100,000 prize on the line, the final gauntlet of challenges tests each survivalist's bushcraft, bow and fire-making skills. The competition is neck-and-neck, with all three competitors seconds from claiming the title of Last One Standing.
