Episode 1
In the classroom, Yinka and Dr Alex tackle the subject of body hair and challenge their own perceptions. In a Naked Exchange, mother Libby and Lauren have an honest conversation about childbirth and their post-partum experiences. The body-confident champions in the Naked Brigade are helping Hannah overcome her childhood demons and defy the negativity she endured growing up for being `too tall".

Episode 2
Yinka and Dr Alex dive into the subject of male anatomy and body image, asking the teens to share their thoughts and expectations and hearing stories from a line-up of male models. Nine year-old Luke meets fellow quad amputee Alex for an inspiring exchange and a look into what his future could look like plus Anna brings together an all-female line-up to help boos Kimmi's self-esteem and body confidence in the Naked Brigade.

Episode 3
Yinka and Dr Alex test the teens' knowledge on the female anatomy and in a meaningful Naked Exchange two transgender males discuss their transition and surgery journeys. Anna and the Naked Brigade head to Cardiff to meet Laura whose body confidence has been affected by their health issues. The team take part in a naked bike ride to help Laura overcome their lack in confidence.

Episode 4
Yinka Bokinni, Alex George and the teens find out what happens to the body as people age, in a discussion with a group of senior citizens, and two women, Gina and Sonia, share their experiences of breast cancer. Anna Richardson and the team help Wing Wei overcome a lifetime of issues with her body, caused by growing up between two cultures.

Episode 5
Yinka, Dr Alex and the Teens discuss the pros and cons of cosmetic surgery and discuss the realities of undergoing cosmetic procedures. In the Naked Exchange, Maura, Helen and Debbie come together to discuss the challenges of reaching middle age and how menopause has affected their lives and bodies. Anna and the Naked Brigade head to a swimming lake in Surrey for a naked jump to help Zoe embrace and reconnect with her body after a lifetime of disordered eating.

Episode 6
Lauren and Rosy, who grew up with body dysmorphia, come together to discuss their experiences and what they think needs to change in society, and celebrate how far they've come in their journeys of self-acceptance. Plus, an all-male Naked Brigade is assembled to help Ben, whose obsession with having the perfect physique is taking over his life.

The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
